CJROTC is not an extracurricular activity. It is an official academic course that counts toward high school graduation requirements.

    • Physical Education (PE) Credit, and or Health
  • Will My Child Have To Enter The Military If He or She Is Enrolled In The CJROTC Class??

No student who enrolls in the CJROTC class is required to join the military.

The CJROTC Program is a leadership and character development course — not a military recruitment program. While we are proud of cadets who choose to serve, military service is entirely voluntary.

In fact, our college enrollment rate among CJROTC cadets is significantly higher than our military intake rate. Many of our graduates pursue higher education, trade schools, entrepreneurship, and professional careers equipped with the leadership skills developed through the program.

CJROTC prepares students for life — whatever path they choose.

  • Is The CJROTC Class Hard As It Seems?

The CJROTC course is demanding by design. It challenges students to rise above average expectations and push themselves toward excellence.

However, most students who make a genuine effort find that they truly enjoy the challenge. They thrive on the structure, discipline, teamwork, and sense of accomplishment that comes from hard work.

The program does not lower standards — it raises students to meet them.
