  Application & Approval Process


  • All schools and instructors must submit a CJROTC application in order to be considered for approval.
  • School applications for the upcoming academic year must be submitted on or before May 31 of each year.
  • All schools must complete a two-part approval process, which includes:
  1. Application review
  2. Field inspection
  • Interested instructors may submit applications at any time throughout the year.
  • Applications are maintained on file for a period of three (3) years.
